Project Overview

The assignment covered the complete design and implementation oversight of the Ahanessia Transfer Station, incorporating site-specific waste flows, volumes, topography, wind conditions, accessibility, and zoning requirements. The design included optimized facility layouts, vehicle circulation, and multidisciplinary engineering systems to support efficient and safe waste transfer operations.

Our Role

  • Served as Sole Consultant for the design and construction supervision.
  • Conducted site assessment and evaluated waste flow, accessibility, and environmental conditions.
  • Developed architectural layouts and circulation plans for efficient vehicle and material movement.
  • Prepared architectural, structural, mechanical, sanitary, and electrical engineering drawings.
  • Developed technical specifications, BOQs, and complete tender documentation.
  • Supervised construction activities to ensure quality, schedule, and compliance with approved designs.
