Technical design review and full-time construction supervision of three municipal solid waste recycling facilities across Dakahleya, Menoufia, and South Sinai Governorates, Egypt.

Project Overview

The assignment involved the comprehensive technical review of detailed engineering designs and construction supervision for three MSW recycling facilities. The facilities incorporated core treatment processes including waste sorting and composting, together with supporting infrastructure designed to improve operational efficiency and waste treatment capacity.

Our Role

  • Served as Main Consultant for design review and construction supervision.
  • Reviewed detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and sanitary designs.
  • Assessed facility layouts, operational workflows, and waste processing logistics.
  • Identified and resolved technical and execution issues in coordination with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
  • Applied standardized construction quality assurance practices throughout implementation.
  • Prepared final supervision reports and as-built documentation.
