Independent technical review and construction supervision for two municipal solid waste transfer stations in Giza and Elsharkeya Governorates, Egypt.

Project Overview

The assignment involved the comprehensive technical review and validation of detailed designs, technical specifications, and construction programs for two waste transfer stations. ESWMCE also provided independent site supervision throughout construction to ensure implementation in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, and applicable environmental and engineering standards.

Our Role

  • Served as Main Consultant for design review and construction supervision.
  • Reviewed detailed engineering designs and technical specifications for both facilities.
  • Identified and addressed technical gaps prior to construction.
  • Reviewed construction schedules and coordinated with contractors.
  • Conducted continuous site supervision and quality control.
  • Inspected construction materials, structural works, and MEP installations.
  • Prepared interim and final supervision reports documenting progress, quality, and compliance.
